Over the past three summers, I have joined the Warrick County Summer Musical in all different departments. The summer of 2023, I decided to expand my skills in branding with “Mamma Mia!” as the Social Media Coordinator on the production staff. In my strategy, I took key art created and developed by Doug Blemker (my boss, the Marketing & Business Director) & Music Theatre International and added various templates for posts to create a consistent feel for the social image of the show that matches a modern tone & voice the directors portrayed onstage. On the backend, I was also given access to the ticketing administration website to monitor analytics throughout several campaign pushes leading up to opening night. The hours and hours spent editing and re-editing graphics was well worth it as we sold more tickets and had the highest attendance the program had seen in 5 years. If you want to visit the platforms, I worked on the show from May 28th through closing night!

Double Cast Highlights!
In this production, there were three roles double cast (Sophie, Rosie, & Tanya). It was very important to me for each casts to get fair promotion between posts leading up to the Opening Night as well as a push when the cast switched over on our Saturday performance. These posts below were a successful way to drive the conversation about our show, but also gave parents & students the opportunity to share their graphic in order to inform/promote to their separate audiences.
