As I worked on my podcast with branding & social media, I realized it was really fun to work with graphic design and explore the Adobe Creative Suite. I constantly tried to find things to design in order to learn what all the different types of tools did. Teaching myself which lasso would delete a person from a picture, what fonts don’t look good at all, how to edit color temps throughout the Adobe CC, etc. Eventually, I discovered myself offering to design one-off projects for my mom’s friends, school peers, and organizations across the area, and could not be more happy to have turned it into my first job at B-Hive Printing where I am learning more and more every day by doing and from mentors such as Sam Wathen.
